Uttarakhand Boosts Dearness Allowance to 63% for State Workers and Pensioners

The Uttarakhand government announced a 3% increase in the dearness allowance for state employees and pensioners, raising the benefit to 63%. This adjustment follows the state’s annual review of cost‑of‑living allowances amid rising inflation. The hike means that workers who previously received a 60% allowance will now get 63% of their basic salary as an additional benefit.
