Kanda Express Delivers 440 MT of Onions to Tripura at ₹35/kg

The first Kanda Express service has successfully delivered 440 metric tonnes of onions to the state of Tripura, marking a significant milestone in the region’s supply chain. The shipment, which arrived at a major wholesale market, was transported by a fleet of refrigerated trucks designed to preserve the quality of the produce. The initiative, aimed at stabilising local prices, offers onions at a discounted rate of ₹35 per kilogram, a substantial reduction compared to recent market levels.
