The Chhattisgarh state government inaugurated the CG SET scheme, aiming to boost development across the state.
The Chhattisgarh government held a formal ceremony to launch the CG SET programme, a new state‑run initiative announced this week. Senior officials from the state administration presided over the event, presenting the scheme as a key component of the government's development agenda.
CG SET is positioned as a multi‑sectoral effort intended to address skill gaps, improve employability and support socio‑economic growth in the region. While detailed parameters of the programme have not been released, the government indicated that it will target youth and marginalized communities through training and capacity‑building activities.
State leaders emphasized that the initiative will be monitored closely to ensure effective implementation and measurable outcomes. They urged local authorities and partner organisations to collaborate in rolling out the programme swiftly, with the expectation that it will contribute to the broader goals of inclusive development in Chhattisgarh.
