A total of 83 cadets from the National Cadet Corps (NCC) in Mizoram were selected to attend an intensive training course at the Army's Central Institute of Jungle Warfare School (CIJWS). The program focused on jungle warfare tactics, survival skills, and leadership development, providing the cadets with hands‑on experience in a challenging environment. The training, conducted by seasoned Army instructors, aimed to enhance the cadets’ operational readiness and instill discipline. Upon completion, the cadets are expected to return to Mizoram to disseminate the knowledge gained and contribute to the state’s youth development initiatives.
