Two Boys Killed After Tractor Runs Over Them During Ganesh Immersion Procession
Tragedy at Eranna Circle; Four Others Injured

A tragic incident occurred at Jahirabad M. Eeranna Circle in Raichur city when a tractor allegedly lost control and ran over people participating in a Ganesh immersion procession. Two boys were killed and four others sustained injuries in the incident.
The deceased have been identified as Suchith (14) and Charan Kumar (16). The accident occurred while the procession was proceeding from Jahirabad towards Khasbavi for the immersion of the Ganesh idol.
According to preliminary information, the tractor suddenly went out of control and ran over the boys while they were dancing during the procession. It is reportedly suspected that the driver accidentally pressed the accelerator instead of applying the brakes, causing the tractor to lose control. Meanwhile, relatives of the deceased reportedly stated that some kind of stunt was being performed with the tractor while people were dancing.
Police are investigating the incident.
Two boys lost their lives in the accident, while four others were injured. The injured have been admitted to RIMS Hospital, Raichur, where they are undergoing treatment.
After receiving information about the incident, traffic police rushed to the spot and conducted an inspection. They collected information regarding the accident site and the movement of the tractor.
