A coal‑laden trailer in Singrauli’s Bargarh police area exploded while its driver was changing a punctured tyre, killing the driver on the spot and seriously injuring two others.
Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh – In the Bargarh police jurisdiction of Singrauli, a coal‑filled trailer suffered a sudden explosion while the driver, identified as Anil Sahu, was attempting to replace a punctured tyre. The blast was powerful enough to fling the tyre away and caused the driver’s immediate death at the scene.
Two other individuals present at the site were thrown by the force of the explosion and sustained serious injuries. They were rushed to the nearest hospital where they remain under critical care.
