Congress leader Jitu Patwari highlighted that more than 104,000 government positions remain unfilled in Madhya Pradesh, while over 27 lakh job seekers await recruitment.

In Indore, Congress legislators gathered around a government office to press the administration on education and employment concerns. The demonstration was led by party spokesperson Jitu Patwari, who used the platform to draw attention to the scale of vacant posts in the state.
Patwari asserted that more than 1.04 lakh government positions across Madhya Pradesh remain unfilled, despite a pool of over 27 lakh candidates seeking jobs in the public sector. He argued that the prolonged vacancies are depriving the youth of stable employment opportunities.
The leader demanded a clear response from the state government on the timeline and process for filling these vacancies, urging officials to accelerate recruitment drives. He warned that continued inaction could deepen frustration among the state's young workforce.
The protest underscores growing anxiety among job‑seeking graduates and underscores the political pressure on the administration to address the employment gap.
