Union Minister Kota Srinivasa Poojary said the Bharat Jodo Yuva Sangha should remain a non‑political platform and not be leveraged for electoral agendas.
Union Minister Kota Srinivasa Poojary, a Lok Sabha member, warned that the Bharat Jodo Yuva Sangha must not be turned into a political instrument. He made the remarks while addressing reporters, stressing that the organisation was created to foster national unity and youth participation, not to serve party campaigns.
Poojary highlighted that the Sangha, launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is meant to be an apolitical forum where young Indians can engage in nation‑building activities. Using it for electoral purposes, he said, would dilute its core mission and risk alienating the public.
The MP urged all political parties and leaders to respect the non‑partisan character of the Bharat Jodo Yuva Sangha, warning that any attempt to politicise it could undermine public confidence in the initiative.
