Mbappe downplays his 100‑goal milestone for Real Madrid

Kylian Mbappe, the French forward for Real Madrid, recently reached the 100‑goal mark in official competitions, joining a select group of players to achieve a century of goals for the Spanish giants. In media comments, Mbappe downplayed the milestone, stating that personal records matter less than collective objectives and that the focus should remain on winning titles and contributing to the team's performance. His modest response mirrors the attitude he has displayed since arriving in Madrid, where his goal‑scoring consistency has been widely praised. Coaches and teammates welcomed his perspective, noting that humility can boost squad morale as the club continues its La Liga and Champions League campaigns, with Mbappe expected to play a key role in upcoming fixtures.
