The Madhya Pradesh government announced a dedicated campaign to resolve long‑standing Anukampa appointment backlogs and will fill vacancies created by recent promotions with eligible dependents of deceased government employees.

The state government has decided to launch a focused drive aimed at clearing the backlog of Anukampa appointments that have been pending for years.

Under the scheme, any posts that have become vacant due to recent promotions will be offered to the eligible dependents of government employees who have died while in service.

The initiative is expected to expedite the recruitment process and provide stable employment to the families of deceased staff, while also reducing the number of unfilled positions in various departments.

The campaign will be overseen by the state’s personnel department, which will coordinate with departmental heads to identify vacant posts and verify eligibility of applicants.
