Jalahalli, Sept. 17: Kalyana Karnataka Liberation Day was celebrated at the Government Lower Primary School in Janata Colony, Jalahalli. SDMC President Khursheed Patil and Headmistress Ulbatunisa Begum jointly hoisted the national flag.
Speaking on the occasion, SDMC President Khursheed Patil said that students should learn about the history and struggle of Kalyana Karnataka. He urged the younger generation to remember the sacrifices and historic struggle that led to the region's liberation.
He also said that everyone should work together for the overall development of Kalyana Karnataka.
On the occasion, Assistant Teacher Sunita, Guest Teacher Somanna Naik, SDMC members, cooking staff, and school students were present.
