J&K Govt Orders Rectification of Seniority Dates for Three Skill Development Officers

The Jammu & Kashmir government on Thursday issued an order to rectify the seniority and promotion dates of three officers in the Skill Development Department. The directive, issued by the Chief Secretary’s office, states that the dates recorded in the official files were incorrect and must be amended to reflect the actual dates of appointment and promotion. The correction will affect the officers’ seniority ranking and future promotion prospects. The government has assured that the rectification will be carried out within a month and that all related administrative records will be updated accordingly.
