During the 15th UN Congress in Abu Dhabi, India presented its recent justice reforms and outlined new global legal partnerships aimed at strengthening international cooperation.

India’s delegation took the floor at the 15th UN Congress in Abu Dhabi to showcase significant reforms in its justice system and to announce new legal partnerships with several countries.

The presentation highlighted reforms aimed at improving judicial efficiency, enhancing transparency, and ensuring greater access to justice for all citizens. Key measures included the introduction of digital case management, increased funding for rural courts, and initiatives to reduce case backlog.

In addition to domestic reforms, India announced agreements with partner nations to share best practices, conduct joint training programs for judges and prosecutors, and collaborate on cross-border legal issues such as cybercrime and human rights.

The delegation emphasized that these steps would not only strengthen India’s legal framework but also contribute to global efforts in promoting rule of law and human rights across the international community.
