IIM Jammu Partners with FEISD and Mission YUVA in Tripartite MoU

The Indian Institute of Management Jammu signed a three‑way memorandum of understanding with the Foundation for Education and Innovation in Sustainable Development (FEISD) and the youth‑focused NGO Mission YUVA to promote skill development and entrepreneurship.
IIM Jammu, the Foundation for Education and Innovation in Sustainable Development (FEISD) and the non‑governmental organisation Mission YUVA formalised their collaboration by signing a tripartite memorandum of understanding. The agreement was signed during a ceremony at the IIM campus, attended by senior officials from all three entities.
The MoU outlines joint initiatives aimed at enhancing skill development, fostering entrepreneurship among youth, and conducting research on sustainable development practices. Each partner will contribute resources: IIM Jammu will provide academic expertise and training modules, FEISD will bring its network of sustainability projects, and Mission YUVA will mobilise young volunteers and community outreach.
Both parties expect the partnership to create new opportunities for students and local youth, including workshops, internships and pilot projects that align with national skill‑building goals. The collaboration also seeks to generate case studies that can be replicated in other regions.
Implementation will be overseen by a steering committee comprising representatives from the institute, FEISD and Mission YUVA, with periodic reviews to assess impact and scale successful interventions.
