Goa's government has partnered with data‑analytics firm Modern Data to use AI in speeding up the Swayampurna Goa development plan.
The Goa state government announced a partnership with Modern Data, a data‑analytics and artificial‑intelligence firm, to accelerate the rollout of the Swayampurna Goa vision, the state’s comprehensive development roadmap.
Under the agreement, Modern Data will deploy AI‑driven tools to analyse data across sectors such as tourism, infrastructure and public services, aiming to improve decision‑making and service delivery.
Officials said the collaboration aligns with Goa’s digital transformation agenda and will be overseen by the Department of Information Technology. The partnership is slated to commence within the next few weeks, with pilot projects launched in selected districts.
