FUEL SkillTech, in partnership with Karnataka Digital Empowerment Mission, has completed a training program for 568 students across Karnataka, focusing on artificial intelligence, coding and job‑ready skills.
FUEL SkillTech, collaborating with the Karnataka Digital Empowerment Mission (KDEM), has concluded a skill‑development programme that reached 568 students from various districts of Karnataka. The initiative aimed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements by offering hands‑on training in artificial intelligence, programming languages and employability modules.
The curriculum covered foundational AI concepts, practical coding exercises in languages such as Python and JavaScript, and soft‑skill workshops on resume building, interview preparation and workplace communication. Sessions were delivered through a blend of virtual classrooms and on‑site labs, allowing participants to apply theoretical knowledge to real‑world projects.
Organisers said the programme is expected to enhance the employability of the trainees, many of whom are recent graduates or final‑year college students. By equipping them with in‑demand digital competencies, the partnership hopes to create a pipeline of talent ready for the growing tech ecosystem in the state.
Looking ahead, FUEL SkillTech and KDEM plan to expand the training model to additional cohorts, with a focus on emerging technologies such as data analytics and cloud computing, to further strengthen Karnataka’s position as a hub for tech talent.
