A massive fire broke out around 7 a.m. on Thursday at the Puruhit Ji Ka Katla Sethi Complex in Tripolia market, Jaipur, affecting more than 20 shops and a warehouse, with thick smoke visible across the area.
A blaze erupted at approximately 07:00 hrs on Thursday at the Puruhit Ji Ka Katla Sethi Complex, situated in the historic Tripolia market of Jaipur. The fire quickly spread, engulfing more than twenty retail units and an adjoining warehouse.
Fire‑fighting teams from the Jaipur Fire Service arrived within minutes and launched a coordinated effort to contain the flames. Thick black smoke rose from the site, visible from several kilometres away, prompting nearby residents and commuters to avoid the area.
