In a crackdown on fraud, Delhi's Dwarka police arrested a couple suspected of running a scam, following a coordinated operation by the police's advance bail and declared criminal cell.
Delhi police’s Dwarka division carried out a swift operation that led to the arrest of a couple accused of orchestrating a fraud scheme.
The suspects, who had evaded authorities for several weeks, were apprehended at a residential area in Dwarka after a tip-off from an informant.
The arrest was part of a broader initiative by the police’s advance bail and declared criminal cell, aimed at dismantling organized fraud networks.
Investigators are now probing the couple’s alleged involvement in a multi‑million‑rupee scam that targeted unsuspecting investors.
The police have assured that the case will be pursued with maximum legal rigor.
