A citywide strike by Delhi's DTC has halted bus services, with no buses visible on streets or the mobile app, leaving commuters in difficulty.

A strike by the Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) has brought the city’s bus network to a standstill. The work stoppage, which began today, means that no DTC buses are operating on the roads and the service is also missing from the official mobile application used by commuters.

Passengers waiting at major bus stops reported confusion and frustration as they could not locate any buses, nor could they confirm schedules through the app. The simultaneous absence of physical buses and digital information has compounded the inconvenience for daily commuters who rely heavily on public transport.

City officials have acknowledged the disruption and indicated that negotiations with DTC staff are underway to resolve the dispute. No specific timeline for the restoration of services has been announced, but authorities have urged commuters to consider alternative modes of travel until the strike is lifted.
