Dani Carvajal Signs Free Deal with Getafe, Extending Career to 2027

Former Real Madrid defender Dani Carvajal has signed a free transfer deal with Spanish club Getafe, agreeing to stay with the club until 2027. The move comes after Carvajal's contract with Real Madrid expired, allowing him to join Getafe without a transfer fee. Carvajal, who has spent the majority of his career at Real Madrid, is expected to bring experience and defensive solidity to the La Liga side. Getafe’s management expressed confidence that his presence will strengthen the back line and provide leadership for younger teammates. The transfer was officially announced by Getafe’s media team on the same day as the contract signing.
