He noted that effective M‑PACS can provide credit, storage facilities and market linkages, which together can raise agricultural productivity and spur non‑farm activities.
Dhami announced that the state will focus on capacity building and financial assistance to ensure M‑PACS become engines of inclusive growth.
He called on panchayats, community groups, banks and NGOs to work together to expand the reach of these institutions.
