The ruling Bharatiya Janata Party announced a series of events across India to commemorate Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 25 years in office.
The Bharatiya Janata Party has unveiled plans to mark what it describes as a 25‑year milestone of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership. Organisers said a schedule of cultural performances, public rallies and speeches will be rolled out in major cities and towns nationwide over the coming weeks.
Party officials indicated that the celebrations will highlight key initiatives launched since Modi assumed office, aiming to showcase development achievements and reinforce the government’s agenda ahead of upcoming electoral cycles.
Political analysts note that the extensive programme serves both a commemorative and strategic purpose, seeking to consolidate the ruling party’s base while projecting continuity of governance to the electorate.
The BJP has not released a detailed itinerary, but local units are expected to coordinate events in collaboration with state governments and affiliated organisations.
The initiative underscores the party’s emphasis on symbolic milestones as a means of reinforcing its narrative of sustained national progress.
