Bihar STF and Muzaffarpur Police Nab Three Criminals Including Noted Gangster Raushan Singh

A joint operation by Bihar’s Special Task Force and Muzaffarpur district police resulted in the arrest of three suspects, among them the alleged gangster Raushan Singh, and the seizure of firearms and cartridges.
Muzaffarpur, Bihar – In a coordinated raid, the state’s Special Task Force (STF) teamed up with district police to conduct vehicle inspections across the city. The operation, aimed at curbing armed criminal activity, led officers to stop several vehicles for routine checks.
During the checks, three individuals were identified as suspects and taken into custody. Among those arrested is Raushan Singh, described in police reports as a notorious figure linked to local criminal networks.
Authorities also recovered a cache of firearms and ammunition cartridges from the suspects’ possession. The seized weapons are being catalogued as part of the ongoing investigation, and further inquiries are underway to determine any broader criminal connections.
