The Vijay Sethupathi starrer 'Baththa' has seen a boost in its ninth-day earnings, recovering from a dip during weekdays.
The Tamil film "Baththa", starring Vijay Sethupathi, has reported a noticeable uptick in its box‑office collections on the ninth day of release, according to NDTV Profit. The film experienced a modest decline in earnings during the weekday period, but the weekend surge has helped it regain momentum.
NDTV Profit's day‑nine report indicates that the film's cumulative gross has crossed a significant threshold, reflecting steady audience interest. While specific figures were not disclosed, the upward trend suggests that the movie is maintaining a healthy performance trajectory.
Industry analysts note that a weekday dip followed by a weekend rebound is common for many releases, and "Baththa" appears to be following this pattern. The film's continued presence in theatres indicates that it remains a viable draw for audiences.
The report underscores the importance of weekend collections in bolstering a film's overall earnings, and "Baththa" is poised to benefit from the sustained interest it has generated.
As the film moves into the second week, distributors and exhibitors will likely monitor its performance closely to gauge its long‑term viability.
