Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu stated that there has been no intrusion along the Line of Actual Control, even as China has been accused of transgressions in the region.

The Line of Actual Control (LAC) that separates India and China has been a flashpoint in the border dispute between the two nations. In a recent press briefing, Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu assured the public that no Indian territory has been breached by Chinese forces.

Khandu emphasized that while reports of transgressions have surfaced, the state’s security apparatus has not detected any intrusion along the LAC. He added that the Indian Army remains vigilant and has reinforced its presence in the area.

The chief minister’s remarks come amid heightened tensions in the region, with both sides conducting patrols and exercises near the disputed frontier. He urged the central government to continue monitoring the situation closely.

The statement was made during a televised address to the people of Arunachal Pradesh, where Khandu reiterated his commitment to safeguarding the state’s borders and maintaining peace along the frontier.
