The Arunachal Pradesh unit of the BJP responded to Rahul Gandhi's remarks on the Election Commission, urging a factual verification of his statements.

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) office in Arunachal Pradesh issued a statement countering remarks made by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi about the Election Commission of India (ECI). The party said Gandhi's comments were misleading and called for an immediate fact‑check to verify the accuracy of his claims. It added that the ECI functions independently and any allegations should be substantiated with evidence. The BJP also warned that spreading unverified information could undermine public confidence in the electoral process. No further comments were received from Gandhi's camp at the time of reporting.
