Samajwadi Party leader Pandey announced that Akhilesh Yadav and his wife Dimple will visit the Ram Temple in Ayodhya on December 12, ahead of the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections.
Samajwadi Party senior leader Pandey disclosed that senior party figure Akhilesh Yadav, together with his wife Dimple Yadav, will travel to the Ram Temple in Ayodhya on December 12. The announcement comes as the party gears up for the upcoming Uttar Pradesh legislative assembly polls.
The scheduled visit is being framed as a symbolic gesture ahead of the election campaign, underscoring the party's outreach to voters in the culturally significant city of Ayodhya. While no detailed itinerary has been released, the timing aligns with intensified political activity across the state.
No further comments were provided by the Yadavs or the party at the time of the statement. The visit is expected to be a brief, publicized stop, with media likely to cover the event as part of the broader pre‑poll narrative.
