Varalakshmi Vratham May Bring School Holiday on Aug 21, 2026 in Telangana, AP, Karnataka

The education departments of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka are reviewing the calendar for August 21, 2026, to decide if schools will be closed in observance of Varalakshmi Vratham, a Hindu festival dedicated to the goddess Lakshmi.
