The Uttar Pradesh government has set the deadline for 2026‑27 scholarship renewals on October 15, while fresh applications must be submitted by October 31.
The state’s education department released the schedule for the 2026‑27 Uttar Pradesh Scholarship scheme, outlining separate cut‑off dates for existing beneficiaries and first‑time applicants.
Students who received the scholarship in the previous academic year must submit renewal forms no later than 15 October 2024. Applications submitted after this date will not be considered for the current cycle.
Individuals applying for the scholarship for the first time have until 31 October 2024 to complete the online application process. The portal will remain open until the deadline, after which it will be closed for the year.
The scheme, which aims to support meritorious students from economically weaker sections, is part of the state’s broader effort to improve access to higher education. Applicants are advised to keep necessary documents ready and verify details before submission.
