The real estate market in Ujjain is witnessing significant growth, with a substantial increase in land and house transactions. Between April and October, a total of 40,644 documents were registered, reflecting a strong demand for property in the city.
This surge in activity has resulted in a total revenue of ₹247.30 crore for the government. When compared to the same period last year, there has been a revenue increase of ₹6.88 crore.
The momentum is expected to continue with further registrations scheduled for Dhanteras, a day traditionally considered auspicious for financial investments and property purchases.
