The Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga in Ujjain was specially adorned with a silver crown, moon, and betel leaves during the morning Bhasm Aarti, drawing a large number of devotees for darshan.

A significant religious ceremony took place at the Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, this morning. During the Bhasm Aarti, the idol of Lord Shiva was given a special and divine adornment, a ritual that holds deep spiritual significance for the devotees.

The deity was dressed with a silver crown, a representation of the moon, and betel leaves, creating a mesmerizing visual spectacle. This unique 'Shringar' (adornment) is a traditional practice aimed at honoring the deity before the main aarti begins.

A large crowd of pilgrims gathered in the temple premises to witness this divine form. The atmosphere inside the temple complex was filled with devotion as the chants of 'Jai Shri Mahakal' echoed through the corridors.

The event highlighted the continued deep faith and reverence that millions of Hindus hold for the Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga, one of the twelve sacred Shiva temples in India.
