The Mahakal Temple in Ujjain witnessed a massive gathering of devotees on the second Monday of Shravan month. Lord Mahakal was adorned as a groom.
On the second Monday of the Shravan month, the Mahakal Temple in Ujjain opened its gates at 2:30 am for the Bhoomi Aarti. The temple was decorated with great fervor, and Lord Mahakal was dressed as a groom. Thousands of devotees gathered to catch a glimpse of the divine darshan. The Pradosh coincidence also led to the offering of a fruit feast to the deity.
