A 2.5‑bigha plot owned by a deceased man was set to be sold in Ujjain, but the transaction was stopped after a grandson filed a prior objection, exposing a potential fraud.
A 2.5‑bigha parcel of land, belonging to a man who died nearly 90 years ago, was slated for sale in Ujjain. The applicant, who holds the legal right to sell the property, had secured a slot at the Sub‑Registrar office and was about to complete the registration.
Just before the transaction could be finalized, a pre‑filed objection from the deceased’s grandson surfaced. The objection, lodged earlier, halted the registration process and raised concerns about a possible fraud scheme.
