October in Udaipur has seen daytime temperatures stay above 35°C while nights remain unusually warm, causing noticeable temperature swings.
The city of Udaipur in Rajasthan is currently enduring a heat spell in October, with daytime temperatures consistently exceeding 35°C. Meteorological observations indicate that the nights are also warmer than usual, leading to marked fluctuations between day and night temperatures.
Health officials have warned residents to stay hydrated and avoid outdoor activities during peak heat hours, as prolonged exposure to such temperatures can increase the risk of heat‑related ailments. The local administration has issued advisories for vulnerable groups, including the elderly and children.
While October typically brings milder weather to the region, the present readings suggest a deviation from the norm, possibly linked to broader climatic patterns affecting the sub‑continent. Authorities continue to monitor the situation and will update the public if further weather alerts are issued.
