Dr. Archana Shukla of Bhopal and Shailendra Pratap Singh of Seedi have been selected for the National Teacher Awards and will receive the honor on Teacher's Day in New Delhi.

Two government teachers from Madhya Pradesh have been shortlisted for the prestigious National Teacher Awards. Dr. Archana Shukla, a senior faculty member in Bhopal, and Shailendra Pratap Singh, who teaches in Seedi, earned the nomination based on their exemplary contributions to school education.
The selection was announced by the Ministry of Education, which highlighted the teachers' innovative teaching methods and consistent student performance improvements. Both educators have over a decade of experience in public schools and have been actively involved in community outreach programs.
The award ceremony is scheduled for 5 September, coinciding with Teacher's Day, at a venue in New Delhi. The event will bring together awardees from across the country, senior officials and education experts to celebrate outstanding teaching talent.
Receiving the National Teacher Award is expected to boost the professional profile of the two teachers and underscore Madhya Pradesh's commitment to educational excellence.
The ceremony will also serve as a platform to discuss best practices in pedagogy and reinforce the government's focus on quality education nationwide.
