Two Killed as Bike Crashes into Gas‑Cylinder Truck and Car on Motihari Highway

A bike attempting to overtake a gas‑cylinder‑laden truck on the Banakat stretch of National Highway near Motihari lost control, collided with the truck and a car, killing two people on the spot and injuring two others seriously.
On the Banakat stretch of the National Highway near Motihari in Bihar, a road accident involving a heavy truck and a two‑wheeler resulted in multiple casualties. The truck was transporting gas cylinders when a motorcycle attempted to overtake it.
According to eyewitnesses, the bike could not maintain a stable lane after overtaking and veered into the path of the truck. The collision caused the motorcycle to strike the truck and subsequently hit a car traveling behind it.
Emergency services arrived promptly, but two victims of the crash succumbed to their injuries at the scene. Two other persons, including the car driver, sustained serious injuries and were rushed to the nearest hospital for treatment.
