Two more female cheetahs, recently arrived from Botswana, have been released into the Kuno National Park in Madhya Pradesh.
Following their acclimatization period, two female cheetahs, part of the ongoing reintroduction project, have been released into the wild at Madhya Pradesh's Kuno National Park. These felines were recently brought from Botswana.
The release marks another step in the ambitious initiative to establish a cheetah population in India. The park has been prepared with suitable habitat to support the reintroduced big cats.
This development is a continuation of efforts to bring cheetahs back to their historical range in India, with conservationists closely monitoring the progress of the animals.
