Two bodies recovered near Chamundi Hills in Mysuru in Bengaluru mass‑murder case

Police teams in Karnataka have recovered two human remains from the foothills of Chamundi Hill, located on the outskirts of Mysuru. The discovery is being treated as part of the ongoing investigation into a mass‑murder incident that took place in Bengaluru earlier this week. Officials have not disclosed the identities of the victims or the exact circumstances leading to their deaths, pending further forensic analysis.

Investigators from the Bengaluru crime branch arrived at the Mysuru site after receiving a tip-off about possible burial locations. The recovered bodies are being transported to the state forensic laboratory for DNA profiling and autopsy to establish any connection with the Bengaluru victims.

The Karnataka police have urged the public to come forward with any additional information that could aid the probe. Meanwhile, security measures have been heightened in both Bengaluru and Mysuru as authorities continue to piece together the sequence of events surrounding the mass‑murder case.
