Trump dismisses press secretary Katie Zacharia after only a few days

White House officials confirmed that Katie Zacharia, who had been named press secretary for former President Donald Trump, is no longer in the position. The change was reported by India Today, which noted that Zacharia’s tenure lasted only a few days before she was let go. No official reason has been provided by the Trump team, and the brief stint marks one of the shortest appointments in the former president’s communications staff. The development follows a series of staffing changes within Trump’s circle since his return to the political spotlight.
