Tripura is facing ongoing challenges from recurring animal diseases. To combat this, the Animal Resources Development Department (ARDD) is enhancing surveillance measures.

The northeastern state of Tripura continues to grapple with the persistent threat of recurring animal diseases. These outbreaks pose a significant challenge to the region's livestock sector and economy.

In response to these ongoing concerns, the Animal Resources Development Department (ARDD) has initiated steps to bolster its surveillance mechanisms. The department aims to strengthen its ability to detect, monitor, and control the spread of various animal ailments affecting the state.

As part of these efforts, ARDD has organized an expert seminar. This initiative is intended to enhance the expertise of relevant personnel and improve the overall effectiveness of disease surveillance and management strategies within Tripura.
