A 36-year-old villager was injured in a tigress attack in Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve. The victim is undergoing treatment at Manpur hospital.
A recent incident in the Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve has raised concerns about the safety of villagers living near the forest area. Ramanresh Singh, a 36-year-old resident, was attacked by a tigress while searching for his cattle in the Panpatha core area of the reserve. The forest department has provided immediate assistance of Rs 3,000 to the victim. The injured villager is currently undergoing treatment at the Manpur hospital, where his condition is reported to be stable.
