A tragic incident in Kolkata's Taratala area has claimed the lives of three construction labourers from Bihar's Munger district after an under-construction four-storey tea warehouse collapsed.

A devastating building collapse in Kolkata has resulted in the deaths of three young men from Munger district in Bihar. The incident occurred at an under-construction four-storey tea warehouse located in the Taratala area of West Bengal's capital.

The victims, identified as Ghi Kumar alias Prem, Mannu Kumar, and Shrichan Kumar, were reportedly working at the site when the structure gave way. Their deaths have cast a pall of grief over their native village, Mirza Chak Lagma, in the Dharhara block of Munger.

The collapse of the warehouse has left families in Munger in mourning, highlighting the risks faced by migrant labourers working on construction projects in metropolitan areas.
