The Telugu-language movie 'Epic' will debut on Netflix, joining a slate of new regional titles slated for release soon.
The upcoming Telugu-language film "Epic" is scheduled to launch on the streaming platform Netflix in the coming weeks. The release adds to Netflix's expanding catalogue of regional Indian content, aiming to capture the growing appetite for Telugu cinema among digital audiences.
While details about the film's plot and cast have been kept under wraps, the platform has confirmed the title will be available to subscribers across India without additional charges. Industry observers note that the move reflects a broader trend of major OTT services investing in high‑budget Telugu productions.
Netflix has recently announced several other Telugu titles, but "Epic" is the first among them to receive a confirmed release date, positioning it as a flagship offering for the platform's regional strategy.
The film's debut is expected to draw significant viewership, given the rising popularity of Telugu movies on streaming services. Viewers can look forward to the official launch announcement on Netflix's social channels.
As the OTT landscape becomes increasingly competitive, "Epic" underscores Netflix's commitment to delivering diverse, locally produced content to Indian audiences.
