The Telangana government is set to introduce a new system allowing applicants to take their learner's licence tests from home using artificial intelligence technology.
The Telangana government is preparing to revolutionize the process of obtaining a driver's licence by introducing an AI-based testing mechanism. Under this new initiative, applicants will be able to appear for their learner's licence tests from the comfort of their own homes, eliminating the need to visit physical testing centers.
This move aims to streamline the administrative process and reduce the burden on applicants who currently have to travel to designated locations for written examinations. By leveraging artificial intelligence, the state intends to make the procedure more accessible and efficient for a wider demographic.
The implementation of this technology is expected to enhance the convenience for citizens while maintaining the integrity of the licensing process. The specific technical details and the timeline for the rollout of this home-based testing facility are part of the state's broader digital governance efforts.
