School teachers in Telangana have called for the establishment of a Pay Revision Committee (PRC) and the clearance of pending Delayed Approvals (DAs) before 31 August, urging the state government to act swiftly.
School teachers across Telangana have issued a firm demand for the formation of a Pay Revision Committee (PRC) to review and adjust their pay scales, a move they say is overdue.
Alongside the PRC request, teachers have pressed for the clearance of pending Delayed Approvals (DAs), insisting that all outstanding matters be resolved by 31 August. The deadline was set after months of negotiations with the state government.
If the state fails to meet the August 31 deadline, teachers warn that they may resort to further collective action, including strikes, to secure their demands.
