Telangana MLA faces backlash after video shows repeated contact with female student

A video that has gone viral on social media depicts a sitting Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) from Telangana repeatedly touching a female college student during a meeting. The clip, which was first shared on a popular video platform, quickly attracted widespread criticism from the public and civil society groups, who described the behaviour as inappropriate and a breach of conduct expected from elected representatives.
