Tata Communications and Tata Tele Business Services have announced a partnership to provide a unified AI infrastructure platform aimed at boosting the productivity of small and medium businesses across India.
Tata Communications and Tata Tele Business Services (TTBS) have joined forces to launch a unified AI infrastructure platform tailored for India’s small and medium‑sized businesses (SMBs). The collaboration combines Tata Communications’ global network and cloud capabilities with TTBS’s managed services expertise to deliver a scalable, cost‑effective AI solution.
The platform will offer a suite of AI services, including natural language processing, predictive analytics, and automated workflow tools, all accessible through a single subscription model. By centralizing these capabilities, the partnership aims to lower the technical and financial barriers that often prevent SMBs from adopting AI.
SMBs can use the platform to enhance customer engagement, streamline operations, and gain data‑driven insights without the need for extensive in‑house AI talent. Tata Communications and TTBS emphasize that the solution is designed to grow with a business, allowing firms to start with basic AI functions and expand as they become more comfortable with the technology.
The companies plan to roll out the platform in phases, with a pilot launch in major metros by the end of Q3 2024, followed by nationwide availability. This initiative reflects the Tata Group’s broader strategy to accelerate digital transformation across India’s economy.
