The Supreme Court rejected a petition to halt the Rajasthan Control Authority elections, but ordered that the results cannot be announced until the Rajasthan High Court delivers its pending judgment.
The apex court ruled today that the ongoing elections for the Rajasthan Control Authority (RCA) will continue without interruption. A petition seeking a blanket stay on the voting process was dismissed, allowing the electoral schedule to proceed as planned.
