Sunil Gavaskar Calls for Bhuvneshwar Kumar’s Return to India Squad

Former India captain Sunil Gavaskar has publicly called for the return of senior all‑rounder Bhuvneshwar Kumar to the national squad after the veteran’s recent retirement. Gavaskar, who led India to a historic Test series win in 1990, highlighted Kumar’s experience and match‑winning ability as key assets for the team’s upcoming series. The former captain’s appeal comes as selectors weigh the balance between youth and experience in the lineup. While no official decision has been announced, the call has sparked debate among cricket analysts and fans about the best composition for India’s next fixtures.
