Student groups stage rally opposing Siang River project

Student collectives organized a public rally to voice opposition to the planned Siang River project. The demonstrators highlighted potential ecological damage to the river basin and the displacement of local communities. They called for a transparent assessment and greater involvement of civil society before any construction proceeds. The rally, held in multiple locations, drew participants from various universities and youth groups.
